Launchspan designs structured finance solutions for risk management and enables securitisation and placement of specialty risks in the capital markets.
On 15th of July 2026, Launchspan LLP received a Limited Use Authorisation (No. FNT20261104) from the GIFT City - International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) to test its solutions in the IFSCA FinTech Innovation Sandbox.
We are building/testing a technology platform that facilitates risk transfer, capital formation, and participation by eligible stakeholders through a controlled technology-enabled infrastructure, including associated processes related to risk assessment, risk securitization, capital participation, contract administration, and settlement arrangements, in a sandbox environment and in isolation from the live market.
